Our cubbies are suitable for all ages and have been tested against Australian standards.
Our teddy bears are suitable for children over 36 months. Please supervise children 36 months and under and remove all lose items such as ribbons, buttons and tags.
Payments
All payments are processed by Stripe. No credit card details are stored by our servers. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. All Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
Shipping
We ship Australia wide via Australia Post and couriers. All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days and charged at a flat rate of $9.90 per order. If you requested a proof please approve as soon as possible as to not delay delivery.
Refunds
If we make a mistake on your order please email us within 30 days and we will happily replace the order at no extra cost.
If you make a spelling mistake on the Jumper and it has already been shipped email us and we will send a replacement for $27. This covers the cost of the new jumper, embroidery and postage. If an error is noticed before shipping please contact as ASAP as we try to complete all orders within 2 working days.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with you order it can be returned to: 1 Sugar Gum Court Viewbank VIC 3084 for a refund. Please contact us at online@personalisedteddybears.com.au before sending back to see if we can offer another solution.
