Adult supervision is recommended for children 36 months old or younger. 
Please remove all loose parts such as buttons and ribbons before giving to child.

Which payment methods can I use to purchase my teddy bear?

We currently accept Afterpay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.

How long until I receive my teddy bear?

Bears are shipped within 2-3 business days of ordering.  They are sent via express post to get them to you as quickly as possible. If you requested a proof of the embroidery please approve it quickly so that delivery is not delayed. 

I can't fit all the details within the character limit.

Some designs allow for more characters than others such as the birth blocks. Please select your design first and then try again. If your selected design still doesn't fit all the characters and it is only a little over please leave a note in the special instructions with the extra details. 

There was a bear on your page earlier but it is now gone.  What happened?

Our site shows up to date stock levels.  If a teddy bear is out of stock it will no longer be available to purchase.  Our Australian suppliers often change their range and we are unable to order the same bears all the time. We are constantly searching to bring you the best range of teddy bears to choose from. Feel free to contact us to ask if we will be getting a particular bear in stock again.

What if you don't have a design I am after?

Please let us know if there are any designs you think would go great with our personalised teddy bears and we will do our best to source one.  We love adding to our already great collection of designs.

Can I see what my design will look like before my bear is made?

Yes.  Simply tick the box on the product page that says 'Email proof before sending?'  We will email you a proof within 24 hours.
Please approve the proof quickly as to not delay shipping. We will make as many changes as necessary to make sure you are 100% happy with your design before proceeding.

What to do if I haven't received my proof?

Please check your Junk Mail folder. If you still have not received your proof within 24 hours of your order please email us at: online@personalisedteddybears.com.au or message us on Facebook.

What if there is a mistake on the jumper?

If the mistake was on our behalf we will express post a new jumper to you ASAP.
If you have made an error let us know straight away.  If we have not yet created the jumper we can change the design free of charge.  If we haven't shipped the jumper there will be a $20 fee to remake.  If the bear has shipped we can send out a replacement jumper for $27. As Cubbies are embroidered directly on the tummy once started no changes can be made.

Can I pick up my bear?

Sorry, we don't have the facility to pick up bears at this time.

Where are you located?

We operate from Melbourne but deliver Australia wide.

Will my order arrive before Christmas?

We recommend ordering before the 10th of December to guarantee delivery before Christmas. If this date has passed please contact us to make sure we can fulfil your order in time.
